1. Rewards are volume-based, not income

JARASA Jewellery & Co runs a jewellery rewards programme. Every reward — level rewards, performance bonus, community rewards — depends strictly on actual business volume (yours and your community's) and the published ratio rules. Nothing on this site is a promise of income, return or profit, and nothing is an investment scheme. Do not join with the expectation of guaranteed money.

2. Gold prices change

Jewellery prices are computed from live 22K 916 market rates which change daily and differ between cities and partner stores. The rate locked on YOUR order is shown on the invoice; later rate changes do not alter an existing order. Indicative rates shown before ordering may differ from the final server-calculated amount.

3. Verify every piece in person

Product photos are representative. Before accepting a piece — especially when paying at a partner store — check the weight, the BIS hallmark and the HUID number (verify in the BIS Care app), and take your GST tax invoice. Report anything suspicious to the team immediately.

4. Partner stores are independent

Partner jewellers are independent businesses verified by the team, but the Company is not the manufacturer of their pieces and is not liable for their local conduct. Marketplace orders are covered by the Jarasa invoice approval flow precisely so that every step is checked.

5. Taxes & charges

Applicable taxes (GST 3% on jewellery) and published admin charges on payouts apply and are shown transparently. Government rules can change; the applicable rate on the order date applies.

6. Responsible participation

• Only join with money you can spare; never borrow to participate.
• Never misrepresent the programme to others — show the real rules (/terms) and this disclaimer.
• Keep your login credentials private; the team never asks for your password.
• Do not attempt duplicate credits, fake deposits or account abuse — every record carries a fingerprint and is audited.

7. No guarantee & limitation

The service is provided "as is". While the team works hard to keep pricing correct and the platform safe, technical errors can occur; report them and they will be corrected. The Company reserves the right to revise plans or operational policies (see /terms).
