Every price is built from the live 22K 916 rate per 10 g shown at the top of the Gold Shop: gold value (rate ÷ 10 × weight) + making charge + applicable GST. The final amount is always re-calculated on the server when you order — the site never trusts prices typed in the browser.

Each partner jeweller keeps his OWN 22K market rate (it varies by city and by shop). Use the COMPARE PRICES sort (Low → High / High → Low) and the store directory to order from whichever rate looks right to you.

Yes — the marketplace accepts ONLY 22K 916 (91.6% pure) products, the classic Indian jewellery standard. Every finished piece is hallmarked and its BIS HUID number is printed on your tax invoice.

The Hallmark Unique ID — a 6-character alphanumeric code laser-marked on BIS-hallmarked jewellery in India. You can verify it on the BIS Care app. It is printed on your invoice for every piece.

A good check: Total × 70% ≈ the pure gold value (making + GST + additional charges make up the rest). The site's pricing is engineered so this check holds to the paisa for 22K pieces at the standard charge structure.

You can browse and fill the cart freely. To place the order you must be logged in — this keeps both the buyer and the partner store accountable and lets us issue a proper GST tax invoice.

For marketplace orders the partner store sends its own bill to the Jarasa team first. Until an admin approves it, your invoice link shows a waiting notice. As soon as it is approved, the final Jarasa Jewellery & Co tax invoice opens on the same link — no action needed from you.

The store has been told exactly what to fix (the reason is shown on your invoice page) and uploads a corrected bill. Your invoice opens automatically once the new one is approved.

GST 3% on gold jewellery (charged on the gold + making base) as applicable in India — all shown line by line on the invoice, nothing hidden.

Yes — when the online gateway is enabled you can pay at checkout or later from My Orders with UPI, cards and net-banking. Your order simply stays unpaid until you do.

Choose it at checkout when your basket has partner-store items. Once the piece is ready, visit the store, verify it in person and pay there. You can press '📍 I visited the store' in My Orders to mark your visit — the jeweller also checks in live from his counter. The team then reviews the store's bill + your receipt before your invoice opens.

Only when YOU press a check-in button — the browser asks your permission first. It is stored as coordinates + time on that one order, as proof of the physical store visit, and is visible only to the Jarasa team.

Open Become a Merchant and register with your business details, GST, PAN and BIS hallmark licence. Every registration is verified by the Jarasa team before your shop goes live in the directory.

From your Dashboard — 'Your shop gold rate (22K)' card sets YOUR live rate per 10 g; all your product prices recompute instantly. If you leave it empty, the Jarasa global rate applies.

Settlements are managed by the Jarasa admin: your wallet balance is credited/debited by the team, and you can request a withdrawal (minimum ₹500) which the admin approves and pays to your registered bank / UPI.

Yes — every order card has a 💬 Chat button. It opens the internal Jarasa order chat with the admin team (no WhatsApp needed), and the full history always stays on the order.

A member ID in the Jarasa community: your purchases, order tracking and the member portal. Registration is free — the details of your plan are shown inside your dashboard.
